Trong lúc xào, bạn nấu nồi nước sôi, cho mì ý vào luộc chín mềm với chút dầu rồi vớt ra xả qua nước lạnh, để ráo nước. Cho mì vào chảo thịt cà chua, trộn đều lên.
Mở sẵn lò nướng ở 177 độ C. Cho hỗn hợp mì vào 1/2 khuôn thủy tinh vuông, rắc phô mai Feta lên. Tiếp đó thêm một lớp mì rồi rắc phô mai Parmesan và cuối cùng phủ một lớp phô mai Mozzarella bên trên. Đặt khay vào lò nướng khoảng 30 phút là được. Lấy khuôn ra, rắc chút ngò lên và chờ nguội khoảng 10 phút là có thể cắt ăn rồi nha.
