Cắt cam làm đôi, vắt lấy 100ml nước cốt cam.

Bắt chảo cho dầu mè lên phi thơm một ít tỏi, không phi vàng tỏi mọi người nhé. Cho nước cam vào đun sôi nêm vào một chút hạt nêm, rồi khuấy bột năng với nước cam tạo độ sệt cô đặc của nước sốt.
