Cho bột mì và muối vào thố trộn đều, đập trứng cút vào thố bột rồi trộn đều. Bạn nhào bột thành khối đồng nhất sau đó để bột nghỉ 30 phút.
Dùng máy cán bột để cán bột thành tấm mỏng. (Nếu không có máy cán bạn có thể dùng thanh cán để cán mỏng bột). Cắt tấm bột thành sợi mì, bạn nhớ rắc thêm chút bột khô vào để mì không bị dính nhé.
Thịt bò thái lát mỏng, cho thịt vào bát rồi thêm nước tương, xì dầu, hạt tiêu, gừng vào trộn đều. Thái ớt chuông, hành tây thành lát sau đó cho vào tô, thêm hạt tiêu vào trộn đều.
Mì bạn luộc chín rồi xả với nước lạnh, để ráo nước. Cho một ít dầu ăn vào chảo, thêm thịt bò đã ướp vào xào chín tới.
Thêm ớt chuông, hành tây, cả bó xôi và mì vào đảo đều cho nguyên liệu chín là xong.
