Giò sống có thể mua sẵn. Nhưng mình thích tự xay ở nhà cho ngon. Xong mình cho thịt vào cối xay nhuyển trộn chung cà rốt băm nhỏ và đậu que nêm chút tiêu và hành khô, 1/2 muổng hạt nêm Knorr.
Trứng muối hấp chín bóp nhuyễn, trộn điều hỗn hợp xong lấy mực, cho phần giò sống vào bịch rồi cắt cái lỗ bóp vào nhồi trong con mực xong dùng tăm ghim đầu mực lại ko bị lòi ra khi hấp chín.
Chuẩn bị bột xù ra tô, trứng gà và bột mì. Ướp sốt knorr với mực đã hấp chín để tạo độ kết dính, lăn qua bột mì xong qua trứng gà và bột xù sóc lên điều cho dính.
Cho dầu lên bếp nóng chảo cho mực vào chiên xù. Chiên xong cho ra giấy thấm dầu. Xong cắt ra từng khoanh.
Cho rau xà lách trang trí, cùng củ cải tỉa cái hoa cho đẹp. Xong trang trí món mực xù hấp dẫn thơm ngon cho bữa ăn cuối tuần.
